Kenyan High Court Case Withdrawn
On 1st March 2007, Simba applied to the High Court of Kenya for a Judicial Review of the hearing conducted by The Public Procurement Complaints, Review and Appeals Board. This hearing was scheduled for 15th October 2007. On 5th October 2007 Simba unconditionally withdrew its application to the High Court for a Judicial Review.
While the appeal process has delayed the project somewhat, development is now progressing quickly again and the project should enter construction in the first quarter of 2008.
