Aldwych & BWSC lead bidding for 80MW HFO Project

NAIROBI, November 18, 2005 - Aldwych International, together with Danish partner Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor A/S (BWSC) www.bwsc.dk  today submitted a bid for the 80MW Embakasi power plant project in Nairobi Kenya. Following the public announcement of the bid prices, it was apparent that the Aldwych/BWSC consortium had submitted the lowest cost bid. Any final bid award will be subject to further analysis of the technical and financial proposal and the negotiation of terms with the power off-taker the Kenya Power & Lighting Co.
